The Temperature

The temprature might damage or facilitate the apreciation of the aromas and flavors. Generally, this way we determine the temparture for each wine:

Sparkling Wine
4 a 6ºC (demi-sec or asti lower temperature)
White Soft wines 6 a 8ºC (the sweeter the cooler)
White dry wines 6 a 12ºC (with wood, less cold)
Pink dry wines 12 a 14ºC (half-sweet, cooler)
Young red wines 12 a 16ºC (if tânico, less cold)
Guarda red wines 16 a 20ºC (thicker, hotter)
