The temprature might damage or facilitate the apreciation of the aromas and flavors. Generally, this way we determine the temparture for each wine:
Sparkling Wine

4 a 6ºC (demi-sec or asti lower temperature) |
| White Soft wines |
6 a 8ºC (the sweeter the cooler) |
| White dry wines |
6 a 12ºC (with wood, less cold) |
| Pink dry wines |
12 a 14ºC (half-sweet, cooler) |
| Young red wines |
12 a 16ºC (if tânico, less cold) |
| Guarda red wines |
16 a 20ºC (thicker, hotter) |
