Opening the wine

The necessity to open the wine in advance is only for those which are more than 4 or 5 years old.. In these cases, it is advised to open the bottle one hour prior the drinking, and leave it in a decanter. The most important thing is to well open the bottle.

First of all, you cut the capsule below the bottle neck ring, not to keep a bit of it that might get in touch with the wine. The corkscrew shall not be a torture instrument; it shall easily penetrate the cork without turn it into pieces. You should never go across the cork with the corkscrew.
