
Side Order
The wine must be faced as a side order meal. This way it must fit with the main meal to have a harmony on the service.
The main rule says neither wine nor food must have more flavor than the other. They must complete eachother. Light dishes deserve light flavor wines, and dishes with strong flavor fit with wines with strong and intense flavors.
Besides, there is the variety of regions and countries, but the wine´s particular flavor must remain the same.
