The difinition of the Cooperative Aurora Wine´s Industry business is the pleasure of consuming wines, beverages and foods, with the following purpose of quality and environmental:

- To pleasure the members and market´s interests
- To motivate a continuous education of its partners and in the community
- To improve continuously its process, paying attention to quality and environmental indicators
- Use effectively the Integrated Sistem of Aurora´s Management – SIGA
- To preserve the environment, answering the legal requirement and applicable from the environment, preventing pollution, with social responsibility, and definite structure to stablish and analise the environmental goals and objectives.

This Integrated Policy must be saved, improved, kept and comunicated to all the partners and it must be available to the public.
