The variety Tannat, originally from the South of France, is very well adapted to the terroir of Serra Gaúcha, where Aurora’s vineyards are located. Aurora Reserva Tannat is an example of quality from the best 2009 grapes.

Tasting notes
An intense wine, with a strong and bright colour. Its aromas remind ripe black fruit, spices and the oak hints remind toasted coffee. In the palate, it is a concentrated wine with good length. The ideal is to decant it during 30 minutes before tasting.

Suggested food pairing
This wine pairs well with meat dishes as lamb carré, grilled entrecot and bovine rib, hard-bodied cheeses and Italian salami.
