Sweet, soft and delicate sparkling wine, with a higher amount of residual sugar and a lower alcoholic content. Pale yellow colour and a sweet aroma of white flowers and honey. Taste like sweet fruits, very equilibrated and refreshing.

Desserts, like apple pie, cheesecakes, chocolate fondue. Very good also with foia gras terrine, gorgonzola risotto and Roquefort cheese. It’s delicious also if consumed by itself.
